This is the BEST recipe for Pico de Gallo!
1 White Onion, Finely Chopped
4 ripe Tomatoes, Diced (We take the seeds out as well)
2-3 Jalapeno Peppers, Seeded and finely choped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped (We used dried and less, don't remeber how much less =)
1 tablespoon limejuice
salt to taste
Combine all ingredients, cover, and refrigerate for about an hour.
Tastes GREAT with corn chips!!!!!!!!!
