I found the BEST pattern online for a tiered skirt. I found it here. You enter in your hip measurement and it tells you how long and wide to make your fabric strips!
And here is the finished project.
It's a small print black skirt. It goes very well with a grey sweater that I have and a black plaid shirt that I have.
That is really neat! I'm going to have to try that sometime.... Very pretty skirt. :)
